Customisation Ideas-

1. Extra Tassels Hangings, frills, buttons if not mentioned as content of the Package are not Part of Package and are for display Purpose Only,which the Model displays in their Outfit. You can style Your unstitched Suits like the Models or Stitch it according to the Content Given with the Products. All Pakistani Brands Showcase the Best possible way You can stitch Your Outfits.

2. Models may display the Product in styles which are for display and Modelling purpose only. The Fabric is given only for Straight fit Shalwar Kameez which follows standard Universal fabric parameters

3. Colour May vary in actual. This may depend on Colour schemes of Your mobile\laptop or tablet, photoshoot lighting etc

Fabric Care - 

1. All Fabrics should be Dry Cleaned - Recommended

2. If You are washing at Home Soft Fabric Liquids should be used.

3.Colour fabrics should be washed separately

4. Fabrics should not be put under Harsh Sun light.

7. Machine Wash is not Recommended

1.       All Products purchased from Our site can be Requested for Exchange   within  7  Working Days, from The Date Of Delivery.

2.  The Disputes should be mailed to support@awwalboutique.com in detail.  Our  Panel will Reach a Decision after Going Through Raised Issues.

3. In Case Of Exchange Customers will be Responsible to Bear all Shipping and  Logistics Costs

7. It takes 2-3 working Days for the products to Reach within India –

       -if Item is ready to ship.

      -if the Pincode is not Interior.

8. It takes 5-6 working Days for the International Deliveries. We use, Fed Ex and Aramex for International Pin codes. Costing is unique to Weight of the Product.

9. No Returns and Exchange on International Shipments. We always Mail Open     Pics of the Products to International Customers before Shipping. If the case is unique and Escalated by our Panel for Excahange –

      *The Buyer has to bear the Shipping and Logistics Cost

     *The Buyer has to escalate the matter within 7 Working days of Receiving the  Product. Any Delay Awwal Boutique will not be liable to Oblige.

10. No Refunds or Exchange is given on Jewellery items shipped Nationally and  Internationally.

13. We do layers of Packing of all our Jewellery Items. No Ownership will be taken of Any Jewellery Item Breakage during Transit – due to Conditions and       circumstances out of Hands.

14. For International shipping we use India Post standard rates and clients can always choose express shipment options available with our support team. Also note the express shipment charges are additionally charged.

16. If Products are in Pre Order, They will be shipped as per the Approximate Dates of Arrival. Any Delay is out of Hands and Reasons which can be Responsible for  Delay is mentioned in Disclaimer of Every Product. Awwal Boutique will not be held Responsible for any Delays in Pre Orders.

17. In case the Customer Pre Pays and Purchases a Product from Pre Booking - and Same is duly informed to the Client - is Tagged on the Website- GST amount Transaction Charges of the Total purchase will be Deducted Before Refund.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We have a very strict quality check done on all suits before they are shipped and we do not ship damaged products. Exchanges are case specific and will be decided by the support team on duly considering the complaint.

In case of non damaged products if the support team decides to go ahead for exchange then the amount will be adjusted in the new product price.

1.No Gaurantee and warrantee on Fabrics

In case of refund . / Exchange decided by the support team (government taxes and duties will be adjusted and charged accordingly) and customers should take a note of the following

There is no return and exchnage available on sale category products .

We will consider only genuine cases for exchange and returns (Support team will take a call on the dispute/complaint / Issue raised by customer)

10) Pre Payed Orders are processed the very same day as a company policy.Pre paid orders cannot be cancelled once processed .Only exchange will be possible in case a client wants to update the order. Any updation of order post the dispatch of shipment will accrue to and fro shipping charges. In case a refund is processed by the support team it will be inclusive of To - fro courier charges, Payment gateway charges on debit and credit of amount and a cancellation fee of Rs 500 as the company buys the products on order basis..

11) No exchange and return is applicable on the products purchased from Sale / clearence sale categories.  No exchange or return is accepted on products purchased on order basis.  No exchange and returns applicable on orders above valuation of Rs 10000.  

12) Orders booked in prebooking can only be exchanged as per the exchange teams  directive and discretion. orders are kept on hold for weeks on word of mouth and last minute cancellations and cancellation / exchnage requests post delivery will not be accepted.

13) No exchange and return is applicable on the stitched orders from the Awwal Pret collection or orders given on stitching. 

14) Cashback earned on orders can be redeemed as discount only and cannot be transferred to the client bank account. 

15) All exchange requests have to be mailed at support@awwalboutique.com

 Prepaid orders in prebooking cannot be cancelled as prepaid orders are purchased on priority for clients.

Product Line -  Jewellery

Jewellery – Jewellery Products are shipped only after they pass the quality check. Please note Jewellery Products have – No exchange, No Refund. We are not responsible for any breakage occurred during the transit. 

Refund amount will be processed through the same mode of payment within 4-7 working days.

No Gaurantee and warranty is provided on jewellery Products.

• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  – we have a very strict quality check for domestic and international orders and ther are no refunds and cancellations possible for international customers. In case the team approves a refund the amount will be adjusted against

• Payment gateway charges (CC Avenue & Razor pay )
• Flat Cancellation Penalty of Rs 500 (order holding Charges)
• For exchange the customer needs to ship back the product at his expense and the customer has to pay new shipping charges for the shipment of the exchanged product . (exchange depends on the availability of the stock).
• Kindly take a note that custom duty and charges if levied by the customs are to be borne by the customer.
• Kindly note in case of any kind of discrepancy with the received order   the customers have to inform our customer care within seven working days.Issues reported beyond this time will not be entertained and we will not be held liable for it.
