Kindly note we do not accept returns or exchanges on basis of color discrepency and variation.

Part Paid Orders - Kindly note part paid system has been introduced to reduce order cancellations at the time of deliverires . there will no cancellations of the orders booked on part paid basis. clients can however go for an exchnage if there is a genuine reason for the exchange .

Returns on high value orders above Rs 10000 are not acceptable as high value orders are brought on order basis and no cancellation is accepted in this category.

Awwal Boutique follows on order basis procurement of products in pre booking and modifications or cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order. Post that the orders cannot be cancelled .

In case of non damaged products if the support team decides to go ahead for exchange then the amount will be adjusted in the new product price.

There is no return and exchnage available on sale category products .

1) Customers will have to ship the Product back at their own cost which is Non Refundable. Customers Who come under Loyalty Scheme Programes can enjoy benefits of Reverse Pickup Services.

2) The Request for return and exchange should be raised within 1 day of receiving the order.

3) The product should reach us back within 7 working days of the exchange agreed.The product has to reach us in the original packaging and inlay card provided. Incase the packaging is damaged/ inlay card not sent by the client there will be a fine of Rs 500 levied on return amount.

4)Exchanges-

Exchanges of Products can be done upto one times only. No More products can be exchanged after given flexibility of 1 Exchanges.

5) In case a refund is approved by the exchange team the refunded amount will be transferred to the wallet of the client as store credits which the client can use for their future orders.

Incase of exchnages kindly note the amount transferred to store wallets can only be utilised in purchasing ready to ship stock collections only . Store wallet amounts in exchnage cases cannot be utilised for booking collections in prebooking due to the arrival timeline variations.

6) All Exchange / Return requests have to be raised within 24 hours of the delivery of the Parcel. Refunds if approved by the support team would be credited back to the source account within 3-5 working days.

7) Orders involving adjustment of prior cancellations or order return wallet money cannot be exchanged.

8) On high value Products over 10000/- Return is not applicable as we have had numerous cases of product parts getting misplaced.

9) Any activity which is against Awwal Boutiques T & C may attract a penalty upto Rs 1500 depending on the discretion of the Awwal Team.

We will consider only genuine cases for exchange and returns (Support team will take a call on the dispute/complaint / Issue raised by customer)

10) Pre Payed Orders are processed the very same day as a company policy.Pre paid orders cannot be cancelled once processed .Only exchange will be possible in case a client wants to update the order. Any updation of order post the dispatch of shipment will accrue to and fro shipping charges. In case a refund is processed by the support team it will be inclusive of To - fro courier charges, Payment gateway charges on debit and credit of amount and a cancellation fee of Rs 500 as the company buys the products on order basis..

11) No exchange and return is applicable on the products purchased from Sale / clearence sale categories. No exchange or return is accepted on products purchased on order basis. No exchange and returns applicable on orders above valuation of Rs 10000.

12) Orders booked in prebooking can only be exchanged as per the exchange teams directive and discretion. orders are kept on hold for weeks on word of mouth and last minute cancellations and cancellation / exchnage requests post delivery will not be accepted.

13) No exchange and return is applicable on the stitched orders from the Awwal Pret collection or orders given on stitching.

14) Cashback earned on orders can be redeemed as discount only and cannot be transferred to the client bank account.

Prepaid orders in prebooking cannot be cancelled as prepaid orders are purchased on priority for clients.

Product Line - Jewellery

Jewellery – Jewellery Products are shipped only after they pass the quality check. Please note Jewellery Products have – No exchange, No Refund. We are not responsible for any breakage occurred during the transit.

Refund amount will be processed through the same mode of payment within 4-7 working days.
